Ideal candidate profile
B.Sc. Nursing / GNM / BPT (preferred if OT experience)
2–5 years of orthopaedic OT scrub experience
Experience in Trauma, Spine, Arthroplasty (TKR/THR), Arthroscopy
Comfortable handling implant sets and instrument trays
Willing to travel between hospitals and be available for emergency cases
Good communication with surgeons and OT staff
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
