Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Planning: Assist in drafting, scheduling, and publishing high-quality text posts, carousels, and articles tailored for a professional LinkedIn audience.
- Community Engagement: Monitor notifications, respond to comments, and actively engage with industry peers, influencers, and prospects to build an active community.
- Profile Optimization: Help optimize company and executive profiles using SEO best practices (keywords, banners, headlines) to maximize visibility.
- Lead Generation Support: Identify and connect with relevant industry professionals, potential clients, or partners to expand our network.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth, engagement rates, and post reach to provide weekly insights and optimization ideas.
- Trend Sourcing: Stay up-to-date with the latest LinkedIn algorithms, feature updates (e.g., audio spaces, newsletters), and trending industry topics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Platform Expertise: Strong familiarity with LinkedIn’s ecosystem, formatting norms, and professional etiquette.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for professional storytelling.
- Design & Tools: Basic graphic design skills (experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is a huge plus).
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data and using LinkedIn Analytics to measure success.
- Self-Starter: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage content calendars independently.
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
