About the Role
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage SEO (On-page & Off-page) strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Create and execute content marketing strategies, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
- Generate qualified leads through paid and organic marketing initiatives.
- Manage social media platforms and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website conversion rates and improve user engagement.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and sales teams to execute marketing campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
- Understanding of content marketing and copywriting principles.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable business results.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.
