Lunettes lifestyle PVT limeted is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Management Executive to manage our inventory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, updating stock in the inventory software, and ensuring efficient stock management across the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory records accurately.
- Update stock entries, purchases, sales, returns, and transfers in the inventory software.
- Monitor daily stock movement and maintain stock accuracy.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory audits.
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding stock availability.
- Generate inventory reports for management.
- Maintain proper documentation of all inventory transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience in inventory or stock handling in large retail stores, supermarkets, warehouses, or other high-volume businesses will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good computer skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
