Position Overview
VSM Scholars is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead, motivate, and manage the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and a strong ability to achieve and exceed team targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with team members and prospects.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- Prepare sales reports and share performance updates with management.
- Coordinate with management to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in sales or team handling is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
