Urgently hiring for Field officer for reputed facilities management company, Having experience of 5-10 years as FO in facilities management industry Age 25+
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage housekeeping staff across multiple sites
- Handle manpower planning, deployment, and attendance monitoring
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure service quality and SOP compliance
- Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues promptly
- Maintain grooming, discipline, and productivity of housekeeping teams
- Manage material stock, consumables, and usage records
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management
- Ensure proper use of machines, chemicals, and safety practices
Must have two wheeler
Must be located in and around Vajrahalli off Kanakapura Road
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
