Role Summary
AyurvedaGram Heritage & Wellness Centre Pvt. Ltd. (a Kerala Ayurveda Ltd. Group Company) is a Ayurvedic wellness retreat at Whitefield, We require a multi-skilled Maintenance Staff member to keep our heritage cottages, treatment areas and utilities in excellent working condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to day-to-day electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs across cottages, treatment rooms and common areas.
- Carry out preventive maintenance schedules for pumps, motors, water heaters, kitchen and laundry equipment.
- Respond promptly to guest-area maintenance complaints logged by Front Office/Housekeeping.
- Maintain maintenance logs, tools and spare-part inventory.
- Support upkeep of heritage structures with care appropriate to wooden/traditional construction.
Candidate Requirements
- ITI / relevant trade certificate (Electrician / Plumber / Multi-skilled) or equivalent hands-on experience of 2+ years.
- Ability to handle basic electrical (single-phase) and plumbing work independently.
- Willingness to be on call for urgent breakdowns and work rotational shifts.
