Candidate Expectations:
- Experience: 1–2 years
- Industry Preference: Consumer Electronics / Field Service Operations
- Location: Chennai
- Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end call management, including assignment to the appropriate technician
- Regular follow-up with technicians to ensure timely call closure
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with technicians
- Driving adherence to key SLC metrics such as:
- Call Acceptance
- Mobile App Adoption
- Call Completion
- Technical Skills:
- Examples of relevant companies: Jeeves, Croma, Spark, F1, Run services, Servify, Quess Corp etc
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
