Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Drive and exceed store sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
- Analyse sales metrics and market trends in the Hubballi region to adjust product placement and promotional strategies.
- Provide expert styling advice and fashion recommendations to customers, acting as a brand ambassador.
2. Customer Experience
- Ensure a premium, personalized shopping experience for every customer.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt, satisfactory resolutions.
- Build a loyal customer base through effective CRM and follow-ups.
3. Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation per brand guidelines.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and point-of-sale (POS) operations.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and adequately stocked at all times.
4. Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock audits to minimize shrinkage, theft, and discrepancies.
5. Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and motivate the retail sales team.
- Set performance goals, conduct appraisals, and manage shift schedules to ensure adequate floor coverage.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience in lifestyle or fashion retail, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Skills:
- Strong sales acumen and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
- Deep understanding of men’s fashion, fabrics, and styling.
- Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of monthly/annual store sales targets.
- Conversion rate and average basket size.
- Inventory accuracy and shrinkage control.
- Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
