Location: Thane, Mumbai (On-site)

Are you passionate about sales, marketing, and business growth? We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to join our real estate team and gain hands-on industry experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in generating and qualifying leads.
- Support the sales team with client follow-ups and coordination.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Help plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Maintain customer data and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Contribute ideas to improve brand awareness and lead generation.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in sales and marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
