Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and attend breakdown/service calls.
- Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
- Prepare service reports and maintain service documentation.
- Utilize the Voltas Portal for service updates and reporting (preferred).
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown resolution, and service support while ensuring timely customer service. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and vendors are essential. Knowledge of the Voltas Portal will be an added advantage and is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
