Distributor & Retail Sales Executive
Job location : ULO Water, Moga, Punjab
We are looking for an experienced Distributor & Retail Sales Executive to expand our Packaged Drinking Water business in and around Moga. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in distributor appointment, retail market development, dealer management, and achieving sales targets within the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Identify, evaluate, and appoint new distributors in the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute market expansion strategies for Packaged Drinking Water products.
- Increase retail penetration by adding new retail outlets and strengthening existing relationships.
- Visit distributors and retail outlets regularly to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and secondary sales.
- Ensure timely order collection and follow up on deliveries.
- Implement trade schemes, promotional activities, and merchandising initiatives.
- Conduct market surveys to understand competitor pricing, promotions, and product availability.
- Resolve distributor and retailer concerns promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and dispatch.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships to improve repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 + years of experience in Beverage, FMCG, Packaged Drinking Water, Soft Drinks, or Consumer Goods sales.
- Proven experience in distributor appointment and retail sales.
- Strong knowledge of territory management and channel sales.
- Experience in handling distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Good negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
