## Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Captain/Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
## Duties
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
## Skills
- Experience in bussing, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred
- Proficient in food handling, sales, and guest relations
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work in a nightclub setting if required
- Basic understanding of food preparation techniques
