We are seeking enthusiastic Technology & Entrepreneurship Trainers to deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences for school students — building future-ready skills in technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, and problem-solving through interactive sessions and project-based learning
Key Responsibilities Required Skills
▸ Conduct interactive sessions on entrepreneurship, innovation, and problem-solving ▸ Strong communication in Marathi and basic English
▸ Guide students in ideation, opportunity identification, and solution development ▸ Understanding of entrepreneurship, innovation, and business fundamentals
▸ Facilitate activities: business model creation, idea validation, and pitching
▸ Basic knowledge of coding, AI, and digital tools
▸ Teach basic to intermediate coding, AI, and digital tools
▸ Strong facilitation, mentoring, and presentation skills
▸ Support students in building real-world problem-solving projects
▸ Ability to engage school students through interactive methods
▸ Organize innovation challenges, exhibitions, and competitions
▸ Willingness to travel to assigned schools
▸ Maintain attendance, assessments, and feedback records
▸ Familiarity with educational technology tools (preferred)
▸ Coordinate with school staff for smooth program execution
▸ Motivate students to develop creative and entrepreneurial thinking.
Qualifications (Any One) Preferred Experience
▸ BCA / MCA ▸ Freshers with strong interest in teaching, technology, or entrepreneurship are welcome ▸ B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Computer Science / IT) ▸ Experience in STEM education, school workshops, or youth innovation programs ▸ B.E. / B.Tech (any stream) ▸ Exposure to mentoring students for competitions or startuprelated activities ▸ Diploma in Computer Science / IT / Electronics ▸ Any relevant degree with STEM / innovation / entrepreneurship experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
