Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with appointments, inquiries, and support
- Maintain strong patient relationships and communication
- Coordinate between patients and hospital departments
- Handle feedback and ensure patient satisfaction
Requirements:
- Arabic language is mandatory
- Good communication in English and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patient-focused approach with a positive attitude
