Roles & Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential customers and understand their loan requirements
- Explain business loan products in a clear and simple manner
- Generate and follow up on leads regularly
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure proper follow-ups until loan disbursement
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain basic records of calls, leads, and conversions
- Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.
Must-Have Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of sales process
- Confidence in handling customer calls
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM)
- Ability to handle rejection and pressure
- Quick learner with positive attitude
- Team player with professional behavior
Qualification:
- Graduation in any stream
- Candidates with Commerce & Finance background will be preferred
Experience:
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
- Prior experience in telesales or loan sales will be an added advantage.
