Industry: Corrugated Box Manufacturing
We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations in a Corrugated Box Manufacturing plant. The candidate should have strong expertise in production, quality, maintenance, planning, dispatch, cost control, and team leadership.
- Lead complete plant operations including Production, PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch.
- Drive production planning and achieve production targets.
- Strong hands-on experience in Corrugated Box Manufacturing (3 Ply, 5 Ply, 7 Ply).
- Optimize machine utilization, improve OEE, and reduce wastage.
- Ensure quality as per customer specifications.
- Monitor corrugation, flexo printing, die-cutting, folder gluer, stitching, and packing operations.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement.
- Manage manpower planning, training, and performance.
- Control production costs and improve productivity.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Planning, and Logistics teams.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and statutory safety compliance.
- Handle customer audits and ensure on-time delivery.
