Job Summary:-
We are looking for a skilled and passionate South Indian Cook to join our team at Agni Ayurvedic Village. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing authentic South Indian cuisine while adhering to Ayurvedic cooking principles, focusing on health, balance, and natural ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Prepare a variety of South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, sambar, rasam, upma, and traditional curries.
- Follow Ayurvedic cooking guidelines, including the use of fresh, seasonal, and sattvic ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.
- Plan and assist in menu preparation based on dietary requirements and wellness programs.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
- Monitor food stock and coordinate with management for timely procurement.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and support team members when needed.
Requirements:-
- Proven experience as a South Indian Cook or similar role.
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic cooking practices is preferred.
- Ability to prepare meals in bulk without compromising quality.
- Good understanding of food safety standards.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
