We need Sr. Executive / Astt Manager -International Marketing Job SummaryThe Sr. Executive/Asstt Manager - International Marketing will be responsible for driving export sales, expanding the global footprint, and managing relationships with international clients for medical consumables (IV Cannulas, Tubing Sets, Syringes). This role involves market research, lead generation, tender participation, and regulatory documentation support. Key Responsibilities1. International Business Development & Sales (Export) · Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and key accounts in assigned international territories.· Develop and implement strategies to increase export sales volume for IV Cannula, Tubing Sets, and Syringes and others products.· Convert inquiries to orders and ensure the achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.· Participate in international trade shows and exhibitions to promote the product portfolio. 2. Client Relationship Management (CRM)· Build and maintain long-term relationships with international distributors, hospital procurement managers, and healthcare professionals.· Provide high-standard pre-sales and post-sales support, resolving client queries promptly.· Conduct product demonstrations (virtual or in-person) focusing on technical specs and safety features (e.g., safety IV cannulas). 3. Commercial & Export Documentation· Handle end-to-end export documentation, including Proforma Invoices (PI), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and Bills of Lading.· Coordinate with Clearing & Forwarding (CHA) agents and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery.· Follow up on payments, letters of credit (LC), and manage banking documentation. 4. Market Intelligence & Regulatory Support· Conduct market research to analyze competitor strategies, pricing trends, and product demand.· Assist in regulatory affairs by coordinating with the quality team to prepare dossiers, ISO 13485 certifications, and CE marking documents. Required Candidate Profile· Experience: 5–7 years of experience in international marketing/export sales within the medical devices consumables or pharma industry.· Education: Degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Bio-Medical Engineering or related field and strong negotiation and closing skills and Proficiency in MS Office.. Knowledge of international trade regulations (Incoterms) and medical device regulations (ISO 13485, EU MDR). Product Knowledge Focus (IV Consumables) · Understanding of IV Cannula types (Injection port, 3-way, Safety), Tubing sets (Primary/Secondary), and Syringe specifications.
