Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telesales Executive with at least 1 year of experience to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and handle inbound sales calls.
Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships.
Update customer details in the CRM system.
Resolve customer queries professionally.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of telesales or telecalling experience.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
