Design and implement advanced Redis caching strategies, in-memory data structures, clustering, Sentinel deployments, Pub/Sub messaging, and persistence configurations.
Architect and optimize MongoDB databases, including document schema design, sharded clusters, replica sets, indexing, and aggregation pipelines.
Monitor and optimize end-to-end data flows across Kafka, Redis, and MongoDB to ensure high availability and performance.
Troubleshoot system bottlenecks such as consumer lag, cache stampedes, slow database queries, and memory fragmentation.
Implement modern data engineering practices to improve scalability, resilience, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with application developers, DevOps engineers, and infrastructure teams to support seamless deployments and platform modernization.
4+ years of experience in database administration, data engineering, or NoSQL platform management.
Strong hands-on expertise in Apache Kafka, Redis, and MongoDB.
Experience with Kafka architecture, topic management, partitioning, consumer groups, broker tuning, and Confluent Schema Registry.
Proficiency in Redis caching strategies, data structures, clustering, Sentinel, Pub/Sub, and persistence mechanisms.
Expertise in MongoDB document modeling, sharding, replica sets, indexing, query optimization, and Aggregation Framework.
Strong knowledge of distributed systems, real-time data streaming, and high-performance data platforms.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale database modernization or real-time data platform transformation projects.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management abilities with cross-functional teams including Application Development and DevOps.
