Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will manage office resources, coordinate administrative activities, maintain records, and support staff across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other business documents.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external agencies.
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodation bookings when required.
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.
- Handle petty cash, expense records, and basic administrative accounts.
- Assist management with special projects and administrative tasks.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
