- Plant Manager – Singur Plant
- (Preferred Industry: FIBC / Packaging / Manufacturing Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall plant operations and production activities
- Manage manpower, production planning, and dispatch operations
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Monitor plant efficiency and reduce operational downtime
- Coordinate with management regarding daily production and plant performance
- Handle plant administration and team management effectively
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in Plant Operations/Production Management
- Candidates from FIBC, Packaging, Woven Sack, Polymer, or Manufacturing Industry will be preferred
- Strong leadership and operational management skills
- Knowledge of production planning, maintenance, and quality control
- Graduate/Diploma in relevant field preferred
Salary: Best in industry, based on experience and expertise
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
