Area Placement Manager

- Position Title: Area Placement Manager / Placement Manager
- Location: Karol Bagh / Connaught Place, New Delhi (Covering Delhi NCR & North India)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Experience Required: 3 to 6 years in vocational, EdTech, or college placement
- Reports To: Regional Placement Head / National Placement Head
- Generate job vacancies by pitching ICA’s certified accounting, GST, and finance talent to new employers daily.
- Sign MoUs and partnership letters with corporates, MNCs, CA firms, and retail banks to establish formal hiring pipelines.
- Map Delhi's industrial hubs (e.g., Okhla, Kirti Nagar, Noida, Gurugram) to consistently discover fresh employment pockets.
2. Operations & Interview Management
- Organize regular placement drives, on-campus recruitment events, and mega job fairs across Delhi NCR centers.
- Match and screen candidate profiles precisely against employer requirements prior to resume sharing.
- Coordinate interview loops seamlessly, compiling feedback from HRs to share with the internal training faculties.
3. Student Readiness & Retention Tracking
- Monitor candidate preparation by tracking attendance in Group Discussions and Personal Interview (GDPI) workshops.
- Track 3-month employment retention by conducting post-placement check-ins with both corporate clients and placed alumni.
4. Team Leadership & Strategy
- Manage a localized team of placement executives, setting clear monthly sourcing and placement goals.
- Travel across North India (including Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, and UP) to support franchise networks with local hiring drives.
- Maintain rigorous MIS reports, documenting all pipelines, corporate visits, and placement metrics for management reviews
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate degree (MBA in HR or Marketing is highly preferred).
- Network: Pre-existing network of HR contacts in BFSI, IT, retail, or manufacturing sectors across Delhi NCR.
- Communication: Exceptional English and Hindi verbal communication skills to influence corporate decision-makers.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong working command over MS Excel, G-Suite, and regional recruitment portals.
- Mindset: Target-driven professional comfortable handling high-volume fresher placement pipelines.
