About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic IT Trainer to deliver high-quality computer and information technology training to Students. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring young learners through practical, hands-on sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom sessions on Information Technology for students..
- Teach computer fundamentals, operating systems, internet technologies, and digital literacy.
- Train students in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
- Introduce students to programming concepts using Python and basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Guide students in computer hardware, networking basics, cybersecurity awareness, and cloud computing fundamentals.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, practical exercises, and assessments.
- Conduct hands-on lab sessions and project-based learning activities.
- Monitor student performance, maintain attendance records, and prepare progress reports.
- Coordinate with school authorities and the project team to ensure smooth implementation of training.
- Maintain computer lab equipment and ensure proper utilization of IT resources.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and incorporate them into classroom teaching.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, MCA, B.Tech (CS/IT), or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or industry experience in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and excellent teaching skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Experience teaching school students will be an added advantage.
