Telecalling Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Explain company products and services in a professional manner.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule site visits and follow-up meetings.
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
- Follow up with interested prospects and resolve basic queries.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and customer updates.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or pursuing graduation.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, CRM).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
