Free Smile Foundation is seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate for the position of Project Associate – Outreach to support the organization’s social development initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of organizational projects and outreach activities.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, including government departments, educational institutions, corporates, NGOs, and community representatives.
- Conduct regular visits to government offices, colleges, schools, universities, corporate offices, and partner institutions for coordination and collaboration purposes.
- Support proposal submissions, documentation, communication, and follow-up activities related to projects and partnerships.
- Coordinate meetings, awareness programs, workshops, events, and field activities.
- Represent the organization during official visits, meetings, and networking engagements.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, databases, and project updates.
- Mobilize institutional and community support for organizational initiatives and campaigns.
- Maintain records of outreach activities, stakeholder interactions, and field visits.
- Perform other project-related and administrative tasks assigned by the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Social Work, Management, Public Administration, Humanities, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with government officials, educational institutions, and corporate representatives.
- Basic knowledge of project coordination and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and online coordination tools.
- Willingness to travel for meetings, outreach, and field visits.
- Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented approach.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in NGO/social sector outreach, project coordination, CSR, or stakeholder engagement will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with strong networking and communication abilities will be preferred.
Location:
Dehradun (Uttarakhand) & Saharanpur (Uttar Pradesh) / Field-Based Assignments as per project requirements.
