Responsibilities
Manage daily branch sales operations.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team members.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3–7 years of sales experience, including team management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proven record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
