Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings, layouts, and construction documents.
- Develop technical drawings based on design concepts and architects' sketches.
- Create 3D models, renderings, and presentation visuals for client approvals.
- Assist in space planning, material selection, and furniture layouts.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and contractors during project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and site requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Google SketchUp.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of 3ds Max.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Understanding of architectural detailing, interior fit-out, and construction drawings.
- Good visualization, space planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
