We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive (Ground Staff) to join our team. The role involves assisting customers at the airport/ground location, promoting services, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the airport/ground service counters
- Promote and sell company products/services (tickets, upgrades, add-ons, etc.)
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with airline/operations teams for smooth passenger handling
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Maintain professional appearance and customer service standards
- Support check-in, boarding, and baggage handling if required
- Provide information about schedules, delays, and services
- Candidates who are available to join immediately are encouraged
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two
Pay: ₹15,653.23 - ₹33,760.37 per month
