We are currently scaling our B2B tableware vertical, focusing on cafés, restaurants, boutique hotels, and hospitality brands across India.
Role Objective
Drive B2B revenue by acquiring cafés and restaurants as recurring wholesale clients for our handcrafted tableware collections.
This is a pure sales and outreach role focused on pipeline building, meetings, conversions, and repeat orders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
● Identify cafés, restaurants, boutique hotels, and hospitality groups in Mumbai and key metros.
● Build and maintain a qualified lead database.
● Research decision-makers (Founders, Procurement Heads, F&B Heads).
2. Outreach & Relationship Building
● Cold outreach via calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email.
● Schedule in-person meetings and product presentations.
● Conduct field visits to potential clients.
● Follow up consistently to close deals.
3. Sales Conversion
● Present catalogue and pricing clearly.
● Negotiate order quantities and pricing within margin guidelines.
● Close first purchase orders.
● Drive repeat orders.
4. Market Feedback
● Collect insights on pricing sensitivity, design preference, competition.
● Share structured weekly sales reports.
Ideal Candidate Profile
● 2–3 years in B2B sales (hospitality / F&B / HoReCa preferred) Comfortable with cold outreach
● Strong communication and persuasion skills
● Self-driven and target-oriented
● Well-networked in Mumbai hospitality ecosystem (preferred)
● Can operate independently with minimal supervision
Compensation Structure
● Base retainer (fixed)
● Revenue-based commission
● Performance incentives for exceeding targets

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
