- Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer applications, workshops, and production lines to understand their specific needs for wrenches, sockets, pliers, cutting tools, measuring tools, etc. Solution Development: Recommend the most suitable hand tools and tool storage solutions from the product portfolio, justifying the technical value proposition (e.g., ergonomics, material, durability, precision) over competitor offerings. Product Demonstration: Plan, prepare, and deliver technical product demonstrations, presentations, and on-site tool trials to both technical and non technical audiences (e.g., Procurement, Workshop Managers, End-Users). Customization: Collaborate with the Product Development and Engineering teams to translate complex customer requirements into feasible technical specifications for custom or modified tool requests. Quotation Support: Work closely with the sales team to prepare accurate and compelling sales proposals, quotes, and tender responses, ensuring all technical specifications and compliance requirements are met.
