- Install, configure, and commission Biometric Attendance Machines (Face, Fingerprint, RFID)
- Install and maintain Access Control systems (Door locks, EM locks, controllers, exit switches, Barrier Gates)
- Perform site visits for troubleshooting, servicing, and preventive maintenance
- Provide online/remote support and on-site customer assistance
- Coordinate with the support and backend team for issue resolution
- Train customers on basic usage and best practices
- Maintain service reports and installation documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI in Electronic and communication or relevant field
- Knowledge of SMD soldering, basic electronics components, assembly and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with power cables, equipment operation, programming and testing.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally outstation
- Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude
