We are looking for an experienced and responsible Assistant Manager – HR Compliance to oversee statutory compliance, HR operations, and employee management. The candidate should have strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing HR compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, etc.)
- Ensuring timely statutory filings and documentation
- Handling employee records and audits
- Supervising payroll and attendance processes
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding
- Ensuring company policies and legal compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Compliance
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory regulations
- Good leadership and communication skills
