2. Teach math/science subject, covering topics such as algebra, geometry, trigonometry, physics, chemistry, and biology, ensuring a balanced and integrated approach.
3. Create and implement lesson plans that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and inquiry-based learning, fostering students' scientific and mathematical skills.
4. Assess and evaluate student progress regularly through quizzes, tests, projects, and assignments, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.
5. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance, and communicate this information to students and parents or guardians on a regular basis.
6. Identify individual learning needs and develop appropriate strategies or interventions to support students' academic and personal growth.
7. Stay updated on current trends and developments in math/science education, incorporating innovative teaching methods and technology into the classroom.

Qualifications:
1. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION skills is a must.
2.Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related field. A higher degree in the subject area is a plus.
3. Proven experience teaching math/science at the high school level. Preferably with Grade 10 students would be an add on.
4. Strong knowledge and understanding of the curriculum standards and requirements for math and science subjects at the Grade 10 level.
5. Proficiency in using technology and educational software/tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents or guardians.
7. Demonstrated ability to create engaging and student-centered lesson plans and activities that promote active learning and critical thinking.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs and styles.
8. Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively and meet deadlines.
