Job Summary We are seeking an Electronics R&D Trainee who is enthusiastic about circuit design, testing, prototyping, and product development. The candidate will work closely with our engineering team to support the design, development, and testing of electronic systems and products. Key Responsibilities Assist in designing and developing electronic circuits and systems Support PCB design, schematic creation, and component selection Work on prototype development and hardware testing Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and validation of circuits Help in preparing technical documentation and reports Assist in embedded system development and firmware testing Participate in product improvement and innovation projects Coordinate with the production and quality teams when required Required Skills Basic knowledge of analog and digital electronics Understanding of PCB design and circuit analysis Familiarity with tools like Altium, KiCad, Eagle, Proteus, or similar Basic understanding of microcontrollers and embedded systems Knowledge of soldering, testing instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.) Good problem-solving and analytical skills Strong willingness to learn and innovate Preferred Qualifications Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, EEE, Instrumentation, or related field Freshers are welcome Final-year students with strong practical skills may also apply What We Offer Hands-on industrial R&D experience Exposure to real product development projects Learning opportunities in power electronics, embedded systems, and PCB development Career growth opportunities within the company Mentorship from experienced engineers
