Job Summary
Moveaze Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre is looking for an experienced *Senior Patient Scheduling Coordinator* with strong knowledge of *SudoXo* to independently manage and optimise complex patient physiotherapy schedules.
This is *not a first-level executive, receptionist, or routine appointment-booking position*.
The role requires an individual who can independently analyse multiple scheduling requirements, make decisions, coordinate with patients and physiotherapists, manage cancellations and replacements, and continuously re-plan the schedule to achieve the best possible utilisation of available physiotherapists and treatment slots.
The candidate should be capable of managing situations where *one cancellation may require changes to multiple other appointments* in order to create the most suitable schedule.
## Core Responsibility
The primary responsibility is to ensure that *every available physiotherapy session is planned with the most suitable patient, physiotherapist, treatment requirement, timing and available resource*.
The coordinator must continuously evaluate:
*Patient Preference → Treatment Plan → Session Type → Physiotherapist Suitability → Physiotherapist Availability → Resource Availability → Existing Schedule → Overall Schedule Efficiency*
