Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Specialist will manage end-to-end HR operations, including Employee Lifecycle processes such as Onboarding, Documentation, and Exit Procedures. The Role involves maintaining and implementing HR policies, Coordinating Employee Benefits and Payroll Inputs, and supporting Performance Management Activities. The Specialist will handle personnel records, assist with Recruitment coordination and interviews, and support employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling. The role also includes preparing HR reports, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, and partnering with management to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in core HR operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in developing and implementing HR Policies that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including coordination with payroll and relevant vendors.
- Candidates should possess Personnel Management skills, including maintaining accurate employee records and supporting performance and engagement processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Indian labor laws, HRIS/HR software, and proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Experience in Technology, Manufacturing, or Automation sectors is desirable, along with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Hyderabad.
