**Job Title: Civil Engineer for Residential Project

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience in construction project management. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of estimation and budgeting, coupled with strong technical expertise in civil engineering principles and practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Conducting site investigations and surveys.
2. Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications.
3. Utilizing advanced software tools to prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
4. Monitoring project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
5. Identifying potential risks and proposing effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
6. Managing resources efficiently to optimize project performance and minimize costs.
7. Providing technical guidance and support to project teams as needed.
8. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Documenting project activities, including progress reports, budget updates, and change orders.
10. Conducting regular inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on estimation and budgeting.
3. Proficiency in using industry-standard software for technical drawings
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
6. Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
7. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
