The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on our online platforms, ensuring seamless inventory management, and enhancing customer experience across e-commerce channels. You’ll play a key role in maintaining product listings, updating stock levels, handling order fulfillment, and supporting our digital sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment:
- Address customer queries related to order status, product availability, and shipping.
- Manage and update our presence on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).
- Customer Experience:
- Provide customer support through e-commerce platforms, addressing inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Requirements:
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication in English and customer service skills.
