About Us
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience creating modern, intuitive, and visually appealing web and mobile application interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions.
- Maintain and enhance design systems and UI component libraries.
- Ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for web and mobile applications.
- Good understanding of responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of user research, usability testing, and information architecture.
- Ability to communicate design ideas effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on SaaS, ERP, HRMS, or enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
- Experience with prototyping and interaction design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
