Job Summary:
Roma Builders & Promoters Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to generate leads, conduct customer meetings and site visits, present projects, manage follow-ups, and convert enquiries into bookings while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.
Conduct project presentations and site visits.
Convert leads into bookings.
Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in Real Estate or any customer-facing sales role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
Customer-focused, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
