Job Title: Senior HR Executive
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to handle HR functions independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Handle payroll inputs and coordinate with the payroll team.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain HR databases.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Assist in disciplinary actions and implementation of HR policies.
- Coordinate exit formalities, full & final settlement, and relieving process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
- Knowledge of EPF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and Payroll.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions.
