Dithyas Infra is looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to manage and execute residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, coordination, quality control, and timely completion of work as per drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and plans.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure project timelines are met.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at the site.
- Manage site labour, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Prepare daily work reports and update project status.
- Verify measurements and assist in billing and material reconciliation.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and support smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Chennai.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Construction, Renovation and interior works.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
