Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Operations Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the backend operations of online retail and want to play a crucial role in enabling seamless marketplace operations for top-performing brands.
Responsibilities:
- Manage catalog listings, inventory uploads, and content updates across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.).
- Create and manage new SKUs across marketplaces while ensuring accurate product information, categorization, and compliance.
- Monitor order flow, returns, shipment creation, dispatch schedules, and logistics performance; coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners as required.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations and timely resolution of operational issues.
- Perform daily checks on pricing, inventory availability, listing quality, and marketplace health to ensure optimal visibility and compliance.
- Manage inventory planning, stock updates, and availability tracking across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
- Handle marketplace operational activities including order processing, account health monitoring, payment-related issues, and reconciliation.
- Support Amazon Ads operations by monitoring campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating with relevant teams for optimization.
- Coordinate with marketplaces to resolve operational issues such as order errors, listing suppression, account health concerns, and payment discrepancies.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on operational KPIs and provide actionable insights to Account Managers.
- Support process improvement initiatives including SOP creation, report automation, and workflow optimization.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of eCommerce marketplace operations and backend processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart operations including catalog management, shipment creation, inventory management, and reconciliation.
- Exposure to Amazon Ads and marketplace advertising operations will be an added advantage.
- Experience with new SKU creation, product listing management, and quick commerce platforms is preferred.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and handling large datasets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently.
- Self-motivated, problem-solving attitude with a passion for eCommerce.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
