Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by achieving assigned targets
- Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM/database records
- Connect with prospective clients via calls and follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable certification services
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Address customer queries with prompt and effective solutions
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with the marketing team when required
What We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Confidence in presenting services and engaging with clients
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
