Job Title: Plant HR Executive

Role Purpose:
To manage and execute all HR operations at the plant level, ensuring smooth workforce management, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and alignment with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant-level positions (operators, technicians, staff).
- Coordinate interviews, documentation, and onboarding formalities.
- Ensure smooth induction and joining experience for new employees.
2. Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Maintain daily attendance, leave records, and shift rosters.
- Coordinate with HO for payroll inputs and validation.
- Monitor absenteeism and take corrective actions.
3. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.).
- Maintain statutory registers and records.
- Coordinate audits and inspections at plant level.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Support in maintaining harmonious industrial relations.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities at plant.
5. Performance Management Support
- Assist in performance appraisal process for plant employees.
- Track performance and coordinate with reporting managers.
6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs for plant workforce.
- Coordinate and execute training programs (technical & behavioral).
7. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and SOPs at plant.
- Support in contract labour management and vendor coordination.
Key Requirements:
- Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant field
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in plant HR / manufacturing setup
- Preferred Background: FMCG / Packaging / Manufacturing industry
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Good command of MS Excel and HRMS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced plant environment
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to be based at plant location (Varanasi)
- Hands-on approach and strong execution capability
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
