.Job Description – Site Engineer Company: WeArch Developers Department: Operations Reporting To: Project Engineer / Project Manager Role Overview The Site Engineer is responsible for day-to-day site execution, supervision of construction activities, coordination with contractors and vendors, quality monitoring, and ensuring that project activities are completed as per drawings, specifications, and schedule. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities including civil, architectural, finishing, and interior works. Ensure execution is carried out according to approved drawings, quotations and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution. Monitor site progress and update daily work reports and photos. Conduct site visit based on the needs. Coordinate with sub-contractors to maintain the workflow and ensure work is going as per schedule. Conduct quality checks and ensure workmanship standards are maintained based on company checklists. Assist in checking of working drawings and coordinate with PEs Ensure proper material handling, storage, and usage at site. Verify measurements and material Quantity reconciliation. Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions with project engineers. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards. Assist in planning and scheduling project activities. Arrange quotations from vendors and suppliers for the needs arising at the site. Initiate payment requisitions for vendors and suppliers based on the contract and work progress at site. Keep track of the material delivery and usage at site. Attend site meetings and prepare progress updates when required.
