Position: Sales Executive – Business Development & Lead Generation

CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Fixed) + Performance Incentives
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Head
Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Sales Executive to support our Business Development and Lead Generation initiatives. The role involves identifying prospective clients, generating qualified leads, nurturing relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through structured sales efforts. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a target-oriented mindset, and the ability to build professional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients through digital platforms, industry databases, networking, and cold outreach.
- Initiate contact via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
- Maintain an updated and organized lead database within CRM systems.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, or demos for the sales team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
2. Business Development
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions aligned with company offerings.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations in coordination with internal teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms within defined guidelines.
- Convert qualified leads into business opportunities and closures.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
3. Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Track pipeline movement, lead status, and conversion metrics.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
