Roles & Responsibilities
Payroll Compliance
- Ensure statutory deductions in payroll:
- PF, ESI, PT
- PF UAN generation & KYC updates
- ESI registration & IP details
- Nomination forms (Form 2, gratuity forms)
- Support employees in PF withdrawal, transfer, and ESI claims.
Preparation and submission of:
- PF ECR filing and challan payment
- ESI monthly contribution filing
- Professional Tax returns
- Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) contributions
Key Skills Required
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws
- Payroll & compliance handling
- Attention to detail
- Coordination with authorities
- Excel & HRMS / SAP knowledge
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
